Lafferty, who joined INTAC as a pension consultant in January 2020, is a specialist in traditional defined benefit and cash balance plans. She is INTAC’s defined benefit training coordinator, documenting internal processes and training/mentoring newer team members.
“Audrey’s expertise in compliance testing and designing defined benefit and cash balance plans enables us to bring greater value to our clients, especially as we continue to educate them about these plan design options,” said Charles Rosenberg, vice president of INTAC. “She has proven herself to be not only a great team player, but also a strong and supportive team leader.”
Lafferty brings enhanced perspective to her work from both the service provider and plan sponsor sides. Before joining INTAC, she was an actuarial analyst for defined benefit plans at The Retirement Advantage and an HR manager, overseeing retirement benefits and payroll, at Windstream Communications. She is an ASPPA-credentialed Qualified 401(k) Administrator (QKA) and Qualified Pension Administrator (QPA).
